솔젠트 (SolGent Co., Ltd.) 코로나 진단 키트 FDA 긴급 승인

5월 21일에 코로나 진단 키트로 FDA 긴급 승인을 받은 두 번째 회사는 솔젠트이다.

 

이 회사의 키트 이름은 DiaPlexQ Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) Detection Kit이다.

다른 한국의 진단 키트와 마찬가지로 DNA (cDNA)를 증폭하는 Real-time PCR 방법이다.

“The purified nucleic acid is then reverse transcribed into cDNA followed by PCR amplification and detection using an authorized real-time (RT) PCR instrument. The DiaPlexQ 2019-nCoV Detection Kit includes the following materials or other authorized materials: OneStep qRT-PCR Enzyme mix (2019-nCoV), 2X OneStep qRT-PCR Buffer (2019-nCoV), Primer & Probe Mixture (2019-nCoV), Control Template (2019-nCoV), and RNase free Water.”
